Return/Refund Policy

Returns:

At Commando's Airsoft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns within 48 hours of your item's arrival or delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Customer service can be reached at sales@commandosairsoft.com. When emailing us, please be sure to include your full name, order number, and the best way to reach you.

 

Additional Details:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items, including those where delivery was denied by the receiver or items that were left unsigned. If an item was returned to Commando's Airsoft due to being denied by the receiver or left unsigned, the item will automatically be returned, and the customer must repurchase the item.
  • Every return item undergoes inspection upon arrival at Commando's Airsoft.
  • Please be aware that some return items may be denied after inspection.
  • Return shipping to Commando's Airsoft is the responsibility of the buyer. If a return item is denied, the buyer is also responsible for the return shipping back to them.
  • Depending on the condition of your item, a return or exchange may be denied.

Refunds:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

RMA Request Process:

  • Complete a Return Merchandise Request by emailing us at sales@commandosairsoft.com.
  • Include all original parts and accessories with the product and return it to its original packaging. Missing parts will void the return eligibility.
  • Package the item(s) securely for return shipping. We are not responsible for shipping damage, which may result in a 20% restocking fee.
  • Label the package with the RMA number provided. We will not accept packages without an RMA number.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Items must include all original parts, accessories, tools, manuals, and warranty items.
  • Factory packaging must be unopened; torn packages will not be accepted.
  • All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Commando's Airsoft. Click here to request a return.

Items Ineligible for Returns or Refunds:

  • BBs
  • CO2
  • Patches
  • Batteries
  • Green Gas
  • Barrel Sock
  • Silicone spray
  • Customized guns
  • Promotional, free, and clearance items
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed
  • Guns that have been fired, altered orange tips, or do not meet performance expectations.

Shipping Damage, Lost Packages, and Missing Items:

  • We offer Route Package Protection at checkout.
  • If you didn't purchase Route Package Protection, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier for any shipping damages they may have caused.
  • We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged shipping carrier.

Buyer's Responsibility & Acknowledgment:

  • You acknowledge that 18 years of age is the minimum age for purchasing airsoft guns and that you meet this requirement.
  • Customers agree to all policies before placing an order online or in our retail shop.
  • By placing an order, you certify that you understand and accept responsibility for knowing local, state, and federal laws regarding the products you purchase.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions set forth on www.commandosairsoft.com.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all product warranty terms and exclusions provided by the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer.
