Performance Meets Efficiency
The F1™ is a high performance, universal HPA (High Pressure Air) drop-in cylinder designed to fit virtually any AEG gearbox which incorporates a center-line nozzle. It replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system allowing for higher performance, greater reliability and complete adjustability. This allows the F1™ to fill any role ranging from CQB to sniper with no additional components needed.
Unlike similar systems, the F1™ incorporates a dual purpose flow control system which allows for nozzle speed regulation and two stage firing through an integral check valve. The check valve system regulates nozzle speed based on the direction of movement while also controlling flow to the secondary firing point. This unique design promotes both smoother chambering and overall shot consistency.
Despite its sophisticated design, the F1™ only has 5 parts which translates into extreme reliability and makes maintaining the F1™ very easy. To further simplify maintenance, the F1™ requires no tools for disassembly.

The F1™ allows for easy velocity adjustment just by changing input pressure and does not require different nozzles to reach its full velocity range. Using a standard M4 as an example, velocity can be adjusted from below 280fps and up to approximately 500fps with a .20g BB. Velocity can vary per model as longer barrels will increase the maximum FPS while shorter barrels will decrease it. |

The maximum cyclic rate of the F1™ is affected by several factors, however, 30 rounds per second is achievable in most standard configurations. Most rifles with well tuned components will exceed this easily. |

The patent pending design of the F1™ allows for the most direct air path to the nozzle with minimum dead volume resulting in better flow, faster response and less air used per shot. Using a stock VFC M4A1 as a test platform, the F1™ was able to fire over 1000 rounds from a 13ci/3000psi cylinder making it the most air efficient system PolarStar currently produces. |
